- How do I know my size?

- How do I wash my garment?

All Molyan jackets are dry clean only. Billie Tees can be washed cold with like colors and hang dried.
- The item I received is a slightly different color than the images on the website. Why is that?

Each Molyan jacket is hand stitched by craftsman in Lockhart, Texas. Colors may vary slightly from batch to batch, due to thread variation.
- Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. We are still growing, but international shipping options will be made available soon.
- How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $10 domestic (US) shipping per item.
- I live in Austin, can I come to pick up my order or try pieces on in person?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer pick ups or in person try ons. Please follow us on Instagram @molyanstudio or subscribe to our emails to stay updated on when we have pop ups to shop in person.
- How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary dependent on location. Please refer to your order confirmation and tracking details to know when your order will arrive.
- Can I return my item?

Although we do not accept returns, we’re happy to offer exchanges for size or fit as needed. Anything chainstitched can be returned for a size exchange or store credit. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please include the original packaging, packing slip, and receipts in your return shipment.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include a clear photo and a brief message about the issue, and we will respond promptly.
